Tripper Car Conveyor

Project Overview

Elevated reclaim feeder conveyor supported on tall raked-column tripod bents, fed at the loading hopper by front-end loader. The conveyor rises gradually to a discharge transfer tower at the far end of the stockpile.

Scope of Work

• Tall raked-column bents (concrete-piled foundations)
• Trussed conveyor gallery with maintenance walkways
• Loading hopper sized for CAT 992 / 988 loaders
• Discharge transfer tower at delivery end
• Lighting and access platforms

Outcome

Continuous reclaim from stockpile to downstream process at high tonnage, with the elevated geometry freeing the yard for loader and truck movement.
