Seaside — Coal Grab Unloading, Hoppers and Conveyors

Project Overview

Twin elevated conveyors discharging coal into a grab-fed barge loading hopper at a Kalimantan river port. The lower belt acts as a feeder while the upper belt routes excess back to the stockpile via a transfer tower, allowing the load-out rate to be matched to barge arrival.

Scope of Work

• Twin parallel conveyor flights with cross-belt diverter
• Grab-feed hopper above the barge berth
• Pile-bent supports over the river edge
• Stockpile reclaim integration

Outcome

Steady barge loading without interruption to upstream reclaim, even when barge arrival rate fluctuates.
