Mobile Quayside Shiploader

Project Overview

Rail-mounted travelling shiploader with telescopic loading chute and paddle-wheel stacker feed, positioned on the quayside for vessel loading. Allows the loader to traverse alongside the ship and reach all hatches.

Scope of Work

• Rail-mounted travelling base
• Telescopic discharge chute for hatch alignment
• Paddle-wheel stacker for stockpile reclaim
• Feed conveyor from on-shore yard

Outcome

Single piece of equipment serves the full length of a moored vessel, reducing the need for multiple fixed-loader positions.
