KPC Shiploader

Project Overview

KPC-labelled quadrant shiploader with telescopic discharge chute loading the bulk carrier “Star Springs” alongside the Tanjung Bara jetty. Tanjung Bara accepts vessels up to 310 m length and 50 m beam, with the largest ship handled to date at 210,000 DWT.

Scope of Work

• Idler & chute spares for the quadrant shiploader
• Maintenance support during planned shutdowns
• Coordination with KPC’s vessel arrival schedule
• Lagging replacement on drive pulleys

Outcome

Continuous Cape-class vessel loading capability maintained at one of Indonesia’s largest coal terminals.
