Open-Cut Gold Circuit — Conveyor Network

Project Overview

Greenfield construction of the conveyor network feeding the primary crusher discharge into the run-of-mine stockpile and downstream wash plant. Yellow idler frames are staged on the ground alongside the cut-and-fill bench, ready for installation under the overhead trussed conveyor visible in the background.

Scope of Work

• Crusher discharge transfer conveyor
• Stockyard feed conveyor on tripod bents
• Mass-installation of troughed carry & return idler sets
• Drive station and take-up tower fit-out

Outcome

Direct, continuous flow of crusher discharge to stockyard, replacing intermediate truck haulage and reducing dust generation across the lease.
