Futong Port — Stacker Reclaimer Upgrade Works (2019)

Project Overview

Delivered by A.E. for Futong Port in 2019, this project provides bulk material loading capability via a slewing telescopic shiploader fed by an integrated network of trestle and gantry conveyors. The shiploader is supported on a tall central pedestal with luffing boom.

Scope of Work

• Slewing pedestal and luffing boom shiploader
• Telescopic discharge chute for variable hatch positions
• Feeder conveyors from yard to shiploader
• Transfer towers and chute-work
• Electrical, hydraulic and control integration

Outcome

High-throughput ship loading at the Futong Port quayside, with full slew/luff/telescope flexibility to suit a wide range of vessel sizes.
