Coal Yard Transfer Tower (2005)

Project Overview

Blue transfer tower at a coal yard with three converging conveyors and a head pulley platform up top, photographed in March 2005. The tower routes incoming run-of-mine to stockpile while a second flight reclaims to the ship-loading conveyor.

Scope of Work

• Multi-level transfer tower with head pulley platform
• Chute-work for three independent belt streams
• Maintenance walkway and crane beam for pulley change-out
• Dust suppression hook-ups

Outcome

Single tower handles the full coal stockyard balance — in, out, and onward to ship.
