Coal Stockyard — New Reclaim Conveyor Build

Project Overview

Construction of a new bright-orange-painted reclaim conveyor running alongside an active stockyard. The blue tripod-bent stockyard conveyor remains in service overhead while the new flight is being erected in parallel, allowing the operation to keep dispatching while expanding capacity.

• Brownfield expansion under live operation
• Foundation works in the wet
• New trussed conveyor gallery
• Tie-in to existing transfer towers

Outcome

Throughput capacity increased without halting the existing stockyard reclaim — brownfield construction completed under live operation.
