Coal Stockpile — Coal Import, Blending and Export Conveyor System

Project Overview

Elevated reclaim conveyor on repeating tripod-leg bents running over the run-of-mine coal stockpile at an open-cut operation, with the highwall and reclaim tunnel visible behind. The tripod geometry leaves the yard floor clear for dozer and loader movement underneath.

Scope of Work

• Repeating tripod-bent steel modules
• Trussed conveyor gallery between bents
• Reclaim discharge to downstream wash plant
• Walkway and emergency-stop runs

Outcome

Continuous stockpile reclaim from below an unrestricted yard floor — loaders work directly under the conveyor without obstruction.
