Project Overview

Workshop pre-assembly of a barge-mounted gantry-style shiploader, with two crawler cranes (yellow and blue) standing by for the boom lifts. The red gantry portals carry a horizontal boom that delivers material to a telescopic discharge chute at the river or coastal berth.

Scope of Work

• Gantry portal pre-assembly in workshop
• Boom fabrication and trial-fit
• Crawler-crane heavy-lift sequencing
• Transport planning to floating barge

Outcome

Modular shiploader delivered to site as pre-assembled sections, cutting on-water assembly time and weather risk.
