Project Overview

End-to-end EPC delivery of a bulk material handling conveyor system at Jurong Port, Singapore. The system receives, conveys, and stockpiles aggregates and sand for distribution across the port’s downstream operations — replacing truck haulage with a continuous, low-dust, high-throughput conveying solution.

ARM Automotion delivered the project on a turnkey EPC basis: design and engineering, equipment procurement, fabrication, supply, site erection, and commissioning. The system is engineered to operate continuously in a dense port environment with limited footprint, marine-grade corrosion exposure, and 24/7 dispatch requirements.

Scope of Work

  • Process and mechanical design of the full conveyor network
  • Structural engineering of trestles, transfer towers, and walkway galleries
  • Fabrication of steelwork, chutes, hoppers, and conveyor frames
  • Supply of carry & return idlers, pulleys, drives, and belting
  • Site erection of all mechanical and structural components
  • Electrical & controls integration with port SCADA
  • Hot & cold commissioning, performance testing, and handover
